A new mixed-use project has been proposed for development at 8240 Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a hotel-housing complex. The project will replace two small office buildings and a surface parking lot. Local real estate development and construction firm A.J. Khair is the project developer. AXIS/GFA is designing the project.
Finishing touches are going up at 505 North Silver Lake Boulevard. It will revitalize the highly visible area, near an exit from and entrance to the 101, in Silver Lake. A.J. Khair Development & Construction is behind the project. They aim to offer residents, “The benefits of being minutes away from the incredible shopping, dining and nightlife available within the area.”
A new residential project will soon be developed at 1655-1661 Allesandro Street in Echo Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a building offering apartments, replacing a manufacturing building built in the 1940s on the site. GA Engineering is responsible for the design concepts. An entity affiliated with West Hollywood-based AJ. Khair Development & Construction is the project applicant.
