Renderings Revealed For 6363 North Topanga Canyon Boulevard, Warner Center

After four years of construction, the facade has been revealed for the work on Q Topanga located at 6363 North Topanga Canyon Boulevard, Warner Center. The project includes a mixed-use building that replaced a retail building on the site. California Home Builders is the project developer. Newman Garrison + Partners is responsible for the design concepts and construction.

“The Q Topanga” is starting to take shape at 6263 Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Warner Center, Los Angeles. It is the second in a series of three developments being constructed by California Home Builders. The first is “The Q Variel,” which is currently leasing, the third will be “The Q De Soto,” which is expected to open in 2024. The designs aim to attract young professionals and millennials in a market that has become increasingly competitive.
