A new permanent supportive housing complex is all set to begin its operations at 2121 West Williams Street in Long Beach. The project proposal included the construction of 90 affordable housing units. Named The Cove, the complex is a 90-unit affordable housing community, with 29 affordable units and one manager’s unit. The Architects Collective is responsible for the designs. Century Housing is the project developer.
Los Angeles City Council has granted funding for a new affordable housing project at 14142 Vanowen in Van Nuys in Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of 64 apartments spread throughout multiple buildings. Century Housing Corp is the project developer. The Architect’s Collective has taken over the project from Gensler, which had created the design for the complex.
Two new supportive housing project will soon be under construction at 851 North Banning Boulevard and 3552 Whittier Boulevard in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of more than 120 apartments. The City Council approved $45M for the projects. Century Housing Corp is the project developer.
