A new residential project will soon replace a commercial building at 9011 South Main Street in Broadway-Manchester, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of 44 apartments, replacing an existing commercial structure and surface parking. East End Properties is the project applicant. Ken Stockton Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
