Residential Towers Rising High At 3545 Wilshire Boulevard, Koreatown, Los Angeles

Three months after breaking ground, a new high-rise residential project is expanding vertically at 3545 Wilshire Boulevard in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of two high-rise buildings offering 400+ residential units, restaurant and retail spaces, and onsite parking. Koreatown-based Jamison Services is the project developer. Gruen Associates is responsible for the design concepts.

Construction Continues For Cheval Blanc Hotel In Beverly Hills

French conglomerate LVMH continues to push forward with plans for a Cheval Blanc hotel in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a nine-story luxury hotel building, replacing the former Brooks Brothers retail store on the site. LVMH, the parent company of Louis Vuitton, is the property owner. New York-based Peter Marino Architect and Los Angeles-based Gruen Associates are responsible for the design concepts and construction.
