The project proposal includes the development of more than 120 apartments. The City Council approved $45M for the projects. Century Housing Corp is the project developer.

The project proposal includes the redevelopment of a vacant property lot next to metro’s L line with affordable housing. The project has been in the works for nearly a decade. A Community of Friends (ACOF) is the project developer. GCA is responsible for the design concepts.
An application seeking the approval of a new supportive housing project at 21300 Devonshire Street in Chatsworth, Los Angeles has been submitted. The project proposal includes the demolition of a series of automobile repair buildings and the construction of a four-story apartment building with street-level parking. The development team consists of Mercy Housing and LA Family Housing. Abode Communities is managing the design concepts and construction.
The non-profit organization, Wellnest, has successfully established supportive housing at 410-432 East Florence Avenue in South Los Angeles. The project site can be seen with vertical development, which formerly housed an auto repair garage. The project proposal includes a five-story building with an amenity deck.
