A new residential project has been proposed for development at 26900 South Western Avenue in San Pedro. The project proposal includes the construction of 54 houses constructed throughout seven three-story buildings. Meritage Homes is the project developer and applicant. Kevin L. Crook Architect is designing the housing.

The “Mosaic” planned community continues to form in Northridge, at 8350 North Reseda Boulevard. Meritage Homes is the developer behind the project. Some of the homes are completed, while others are still in the works. Previous structures were demolished to create a new neighborhood.
