A new apartment building has completed construction at 505 Silver Lake Boulevard in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new multifamily residential development with 60 units. The project calls for the demolition of an existing automobile repair shop on the site. A.J. Khair Development & Construction is the project developer. NAC Architecture is responsible for the design concepts.

Finishing Touches for 505 North Silver Lake Boulevard, in Silver Lake

Finishing touches are going up at 505 North Silver Lake Boulevard. It will revitalize the highly visible area, near an exit from and entrance to the 101, in Silver Lake. A.J. Khair Development & Construction is behind the project. They aim to offer residents, “The benefits of being minutes away from the incredible shopping, dining and nightlife available within the area.”

505 North Silver Lake has reached its full height. The project, by A.J. Khair Development & Construction, will bring denser housing, along with some low-income units, to the Silver Lake community. The design will incorporate a unique saw tooth building facade with angular balconies, offering a blend of industrial and mid-century modern appeal.
