The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story mixed-use care facility offering spaces for assisted living, memory care, and retail spaces. SRM Development and Westmont Living are the project developers. Runberg Architecture Group is responsible for the designs.

The project proposal includes the development of a residential project featuring an eldercare facility and small-lot houses. Plans call for the demolition of a series of commercial buildings housing an automobile rental business. Spokane-based real estate firm SRM Development is the project developer. Urbal Architecture is responsible for the design concepts.
