Named Vered on Ventura, the new senior housing complex will rise six stories high and offer 107 assisted living units and 16 memory care apartments. The apartments will be designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans.
A parking garage is also proposed within the complex at the basement level. The senior living complex features a U-shaped footprint from its second floor and above, wrapping an elevated courtyard and creating a series of terrace decks overlooking Ventura Boulevard.
