A new housing facility for seniors is soon going to be available at 11141 Washington Boulevard in Culver City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story mixed-use care facility offering spaces for assisted living, memory care, and retail spaces.
SRM Development and Westmont Living are the project developers. Runberg Architecture Group is responsible for the designs.

Named Westmont of Culver City, the senior care facility will be developed as a five-story building offering 134 residential units spanning a total built-up area of 163,398 square feet. The facility will offer 154 assisted living and 12 memory care units on its upper floors. Commercial space spanning an area of 2,300 square feet will also be developed on the ground floor. Parking for 84 vehicles in an underground garage will also be developed as a part of the project.
Onsite amenities are inclusive of a commercial kitchen, dining area, bistro, library, activity room, theater, salon and a physical therapy studio.
Renderings showcase a contemporary design expressed in a metal frame structure covered in brick, aluminum, stucco, and fiber cement panels. Open space in the form of two courtyards will also be developed. One courtyard will be located at street-level facing Washington Boulevard.

- Two Bedroom starting at $9,995
Independent Living
- Studio starting at $6,245

Memory Care
- Companion Suites starting at $5,995
- Private starting at $7,595
The project site also mentions a completion date set for Spring 2024. However, applications are currently being accepted. The project site is located east of the 405 Freeway.
