Located across the street from the SpaceX headquarters, a new apartment complex has reached completion at 12540 Crenshaw Boulevard in Hawthrone, Los Angeles. The project includes two five-story buildings with residential units and commercial space. Texas-based Dinerstein Companies is the project developer preparing the development for the market. Steinberg Hart is managing the design concepts and construction.
AMP Lofts have opened in the Arts District of Los Angeles. Greystar Real Estate Partners is the firm behind the project, at 695 South Santa Fe Ave, which will provide artist in residents units to the community. The design includes pieces of the site’s history, such as the signage from the original tenant, AMP Automotive, after which the project is named.
The La Jolla Wilshire has reached structural height at 6401 Wilshire Boulevard, in Beverly Hills. The development, by WS Communities, will contain a mix of residential and commercial space. The convex profile will give residents easily access to view corridors between the taller buildings along Wilshire Boulevard.
Renderings have been revealed showcasing a micro-unit housing project at 1317 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of an eight-story high apartment building with on-site amenities for its residents. Downtown-based architecture firm, Steinberg Hart, is managing the design concepts and construction.
