A new affordable housing project has been proposed for development at 2702 North Fletcher Drive in Atwater Village. The project proposal includes the development of a new six-story residential complex offering affordable housing options. Once approved, commercial buildings on the site will be demolished in order to give way for the affordable housing. JTFO Holdings, LLC is listed as the project applicant. Sammie Tabrizi is responsible for the designs.

Los Angeles Department of City Planning is reviewing plans for constructing small lot houses at 4200 East Willimet Avenue in Atwater Village, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the demolition of three houses built between the 1910s and 1940s and the construction of a new small lot subdivision. M-RAd Architecture is responsible for the design concepts and construction of the project. West Hollywood-based Ralph Berger, LLC is listed as the property owner and the project applicant.
