The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story building offering spaces for residential and commercial uses, along with onsite parking. The project replaces Southside Church’s parking lot. John Stanley, Inc in partnership with Innovative Housing Opportunities are the project developers. BSB Design is responsible for the designs.
