The proposal would replace an existing surface parking lot with a residential development, marking a significant shift in land use within the unincorporated coastal community.
A vacant parcel and surface parking lot along South Vermont Avenue could soon be redeveloped with new housing, according to a proposal recently filed with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning. The development is being advanced by project applicant 10361 Foster Road, LLC.

The project proposal includes the development of a new affordable residential complex offering 93 affordable housing options.
