6390 De Longpre Avenue, in Hollywood, is reaching completion. The housing highrise is one of the remaining steps in the new Netflix campus. Webcore Construction, of Alameda, is the major contractor behind the project. Kilroy is the developer, aiming to make the city block reflect a modern-day work environment.
According to schematics, the 20 story building is 239.12 feet tall, 134 feet long, and 111 feet wide. It has 193,631 square feet of floor, and 4,464 square feet of landscape. The inside has room for 193 dwellings, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and penthouse units. The smallest units are 468 square feet and the largest are 2,658 square feet. Prices range from $2,830 – $18,210 a month.
Below grade, there are three levels of basement, with 70 compact, 7 disabled, and 200 standard parking stalls. There will also be 198 long-term and 22 short-term bicycle parking spaces. On the roof, a 36’ by 13’8” swimming pool, and a 10’6” by 7’8” spa are offered, with solar heating.
Architect Joey Shimoda FAIA, principal of Shimoda Design Group, drafted the project in a podium style. Additional amenities include a fitness center, movie theater, clubhouse, lounge, breakfast/coffee concierge, firepit, and dog relief area. Apartments are available starting May 1st.
