Last year, the City of Gardena approved development permits to construct townhomes at 2129 Rosecrans Avenue and now the residences are available on the market. The project site was occupied by an office building and an automobile repair business near the northeast corner of Rosecrans and Van Ness Avenues. G3 Urban cleared up the industrial site and is managing the design concepts and construction.
The project, Rosecrans Place, consists of 113 townhomes for sale, including 50 attached condominiums, 41 detached units, and 14 live/work units. The residences are a mix of two, three, four, and five-bedroom units. The floor area of the units varies from 1,690 square feet to 2,505 square feet. The condominiums and townhomes will each include two-car garages and three bathrooms. The building facades are set to rise to an elevation height of three stories.
Private streets and interior walkways along with well-landscaped areas will be offered in this gated property. Residential amenities like a common barbecue area, alfresco dining areas, private yards, and front patios are also provided.
According to the project website, three-quarters of the homes are already sold.
