The Cumulus project, at 3321 La Cienega Boulevard, has partially opened in West Adams, Los Angeles. Carmel Partners is the developing company for the site, which was purchased in 2016. The location offers views encompassing the Pacific Ocean and the Hollywood Sign and has the tallest structure in the region.

One seven-story podium building and a 31-story high rise, as well as 100,000 square feet of retail, will be built around an open-air park. There will be a total of 1210 units. The site is located right next to the Expo Line, allowing easy access to downtown and the beach.

The project will have a wide range of amenities. Outdoors, there will be a spa, jr—olympic-sized pool, cabanas, lounge seating, outdoor dining, petanque court a bbq area. The indoors will offer a screening room, recording studio, co-working space, fitness center, spin studio, and chef’s kitchen.

Still under construction, VOX is the name given to the lower-level apartments and townhomes. The ground-level retail will host a Whole Foods Market, among other restaurants and retail. The tower section, entitled ARQ, was designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz and is currently accepting applications. Prices range from studios starting at $2,921 to two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath units maxing out at $17,520.
