Facade installation is nearly complete for the five story 5570 West Melrose Avenue, in Hollywood Los Angeles. Crescent Capital Partners is partnered with Bolour Associates in developing the site. The project will bring denser residential units and commercial space close to Paramount Pictures.
The building will be 55 feet tall, 128 feet long, and 130 feet wide. It will be five stories tall and have 43,078 square feet of floor. The upper floors will contain 52 apartments. Five apartments will be low-income housing. The ground floor will include commercial space.
Below grade, there will be one basement level. Inside there will be room for 26 compacts, four disabled, and 43 standard parking stalls, as well as 68 long-term and eight short-term bicycle parking spaces. A bus stop is on the corner of Melrose and North Beachwood Drive and several other stops within a short walking distance.
Cuningham Group is behind the architectural design. Fassberg Construction Company helped build out the design. $8.5 million dollars was the initial permit valuation for the project. The site is also listed with the address of 647 North Beachwood Drive.
