Conversion and reuse have been proposed for an existing building at 6464 Santa Monica Boulevard in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the adaptive reuse of a commercial building constructed in the 1920s, to be converted into an apartment building with live/work units. Bolour Associates is listed as the owner of the building. Abramson Architects is designing the project.
New apartments have been unveiled at 3160 West Riverside Drive in Silverlake, Los Angeles. The site used to be a gas station and required environmental remediation before the developer, Bolour, could begin construction. The building will increase density in the area through low-income housing incentives. Some renderings refer to structure as “The Lark.”
The exterior of 5570 West Melrose Avenue, in Hollywood Los Angeles, is nearing completion. Crescent Capital Partners is partnered with Bolour Associates in developing the site. The project will bring denser residential units and commercial space close to Paramount Pictures.
