A new residential complex is all set to be available for Burbank residents by Summer 2021. A multi-family residence is coming up at 1407 Glenoaks Boulevard, Burbank, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story building with a subterranean parking space. The under-construction project is a downsized version of a previously submitted conceptual plan. Arpa Design Build is managing the design concepts and construction. AK Vesper, LLC, is the property owner.
The residential building will house fifty-five apartments, five of which are reserved as affordable housing at low-income levels. The residential units are offered as a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments. A subterranean parking space is allotted for seventy-eight vehicles.
Renderings reveal a facade expressed in contemporary architecture styles with an L-shaped building outline. The previous renditions featured 75 condominium apartments with commercial space on the ground floor.
The project site is located in a residential neighborhood next to McCambridge Recreation Center. A Bob’s Big Boy restaurant previously occupied the site.
