The office building is a seven-story structure being remodeled into a residential building featuring 109 apartments above street-level commercial space. Named The Arden, the residential project will offer apartments as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom dwellings. The floor area is as small as 503 square feet.

The project site is located at the northeast corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Gramercy Place. Another 228-unit apartment complex built by Jamison Services sits across the street. The 3921 Wilshire development is one of five adaptive reuse projects Jamison currently has in progress on the Wilshire corridor.
