The new development will bring 252 apartments in a seven-story structure. The residences will be offered as a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Retail space spanning an area of 32,100 square feet is proposed on the ground floor. Parking space with a capacity of 311 vehicles is also planned on the site. The developer will set aside 46 apartments as deed-restricted affordable housing at the low-income level.

On-site amenities are inclusive of a rooftop deck and a courtyard swimming pool. Renderings reveal a contemporary design composed of wood-frame construction above a two-level concrete podium. Facades will be polished in stucco and metal panels.
