Framing is starting to rise at 2405 South Hauser Boulevard in West Adams. The project will bring denser housing and a couple of low-income housing units to the area. The site previously hosted smaller residential buildings. Westside Contractors are currently working on the project.

The building will be four stories tall, with 66,131 square feet of floor. The dimensions will be 45 feet tall, 235 feet long, and 97 feet wide. The inside will contain 30 apartments. Each will be a five-bedroom townhome rental. Three of them will fall under the extremely low-income tier.

There will be one level of the subterranean garage. Inside, there will be 36 compact, 2 disabled, and 39 standard parking spaces. A plethora of bicycle parking will be available, with 100 long-term and 29 short-term spaces. The Washington/Curson bus stop is a couple of blocks away, providing public transportation.

HBA Architects is behind the design. Renderings depict a modern design, with a black and white stucco exterior and some wood panel detailing. Balconies will be available to some of the residents. The project is expected to wrap up in 2022.
