A new apartment building will soon be available on the market at 330 North Patton Street in Glendale, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a seven-story apartment building on a vacant parcel.
DE Architects is managing the design concepts and construction. Beverly Grove-based real estate investment firm, South Park Group, is listed as the property owner and builder.
Named Patton Towers, the residential project will bring thirty-two apartments in a seven-story edifice above podium parking. Renderings reveal a wood frame structure designed in contemporary styles. The facade is lined with cantilevered balconies. Residents can enjoy common spaces and a rooftop deck. A two-level concrete garage will be built to provide on-site parking.
The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
The project site is situated near the intersection of Temple Street and Glendale Boulevard, neighboring several similar multifamily residential buildings.
