330 North Patton Street is at full height, in Echo Park. The project will bring denser housing to the largely one and two-story residential area. South Park Group is behind the development. The structure is next door to 340 North Patton Street, which was also developed by South Park Group, and recently opened, it is referred to as Patton Tower North. The newer development will be referred to as Patton Tower South.
A new apartment building will soon be available on the market at 330 North Patton Street in Glendale, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a seven-story apartment building on a vacant parcel. DE Architects is managing the design concepts and construction.
