The proposed development will rise from a city block bound by 6th, 7th, Beacon, and Palos Verdes Streets. The proposed development will replace three small commercial buildings. The new project will bring an eight-story structure featuring 281 studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. A retail space spanning an area of 2,316 square feet will be designed on the ground floor. A subterranean three-level parking garage with a capacity of 505 cars will be constructed on the site.

Renderings reveal a contemporary podium-type building. The apartment complex will feature an outdoor community space overlooking Pepper Tree Plaza and the waterfront. Residents will be able to enjoy an elevated courtyard fronting 7th Street.
