13724 Victory Boulevard has opened in Valley Glen. The development will bring denser housing, as well as a few low-income housing units to the area. Reign Investments Inc. out of Sherman Oaks, is the developer behind the project, which has been titled “V on Victory.”

The dimensions of the structure are 60 feet tall, 253 feet long, and 76 feet wide. The building has 61,200 square feet of floor and is five stories tall. The upper four floors contain 67 apartments. Five percent, four units in total, fall under the extremely low income tier. There are a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units.

Amenities include a rooftop deck, lounge, wellness room, Amazon Hub lockers, and EV Car Charging. The ground floor contains retail space and some parking. There is also parking in the single level of the basement. There are 14 compact, 3 disabled, and 67 standard parking stalls, and 69 long term and 9 short term bicycle parking stalls. 2,600 square feet of landscape beautify the exterior.

Kamran Tabrizi Architect & Associates are behind the new design. The site previously contained a duplex. $12.4 million was the permit valuation at time of filing. Applications for new residents are currently being accepted.
