A new residential project has been proposed in Mar Vista in Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of six small lot houses on the rise. Plans call for the demolition of a fourplex on the site to make way for the new construction.
Lewis Futterman is the project developer. Venice-based architecture firm Design Universal is responsible for the design concepts.
In Mar Vista, a 1950s fourplex has been felled for a new small lot subdivision. The new construction will consist of six single-family dwellings, in a mix of three- and four-bedroom layouts. Each will include a two-car garage at street level.
Renderings reveal contemporary designs for the residential structure rising four stories in height.
The project is located at the southwest corner of McLaughlin Avenue and Charnock Road. The project is under construction and the estimated market availability has not been announced yet.
