A new residential project is under construction at 2500 Rosecrans Avenue in Gardena. The project proposal includes the development of townhomes on a site replacing a single-tenant commercial building.
Local firm G3 Urban is the project developer.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 2.5 acres. Named Walnut Place, the new construction will bring 52 townhomes on the site, with three live/work units facing Rosecrans. The townhomes will be built as a mix of two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom dwellings ranging between 1,369 and 2,012 square feet in size.
The project offers five distinct floor plans and two home types and includes 2.5 and 3.5 bathrooms. Each house will feature solar power and state-of-the-art energy-efficient solutions.
Construction has progressed and wood-framing of Walnut Place can be seen on the site. The estimated date of market availibility is not announced yet.
The private gated community will feature enhanced sustainable landscaped walkways and paseos. Onsite amenities are inclusive of spacious outdoor decks and seating.
The property site sits on the south side of Rosecrans to the west of Van Ness Avenue. The property site is situated in the heart of the city, in close proximation to various dining and shopping options. The project sits close to the other two similar projects by G3 Urban located along the Rosecrans corridor.
