A new residential project is in the works at 5777 Pico Boulevard in Mid-Wilshire, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of four small lot houses. Plans call for the demolition of a single-story commercial building and a parking lot on the site.
Beacci Industries is the project developer. HansonLA is responsible for the design concepts.

Named Loft Residences at Mid City, the proposed project will consrcut four single-family homes through the small lot subdivision ordinance. Plans call for a mix of three-bedroom dwellings, each featuring a two-car garage at street level and a rooftop deck above. The houses will stand four stories in height and feature jagged rooflines.

City records list the project applicant as Beacci Industries, an entity currently based out of the project site. The property site is located east of the intersection of Pico Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue in Mid-Wilshire.
