The property site is a vacant lot proposed to be redeveloped with affordable housing and open space. Plans call for the construction of a new four-story building featuring 74 apartments, including 15 live/work units. The complex will feature a surface parking lot with a capacity of 61 vehicles and public green space. The apartments will be designed as a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts, as well as 15 live/work units at street level, ranging between 608 and 1,498 square feet in size. They will be reserved for a mix of very low-, low, and moderate-income households.
