A small office complex is under construction at 3516 Schaefer Street in Culver City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new office complex located within walking distance of two metro stops.
Redcar Properties is the project developer. RAC Design Build is responsible for the design concepts.
Named Hayden Tract, the office complex is a three-story structure featuring 9,9000 square feet of office space. Combined with an existing building located at 3520 Schaefer, the property will offer 17,200 square feet of offices for rent, as well as stacked parking for 27 cars.

Renderings reveal a low-rise structure, featuring large operable windows and doors to create an indoor-outdoor balance. The building will feature a sloping roof line, and an exterior of metal, glass, concrete, and wood.

The project’s location on the eastern edge of Culver City places it midway between two hubs of activity centered on Metro stops.
