A new residential project has been taking shape and form at 3845 Fletcher Drive in Glassell Park. The project proposal includes the construction of 37 townhomes featuring rooftop deck and garage.
IHP Capital Partners and Comstock Homes are the project developers. KTGY Architects is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 1.9 acres. Construction work has commenced on the site for developing 37 new for-sale townhomes. The community will also feature 20,000 square feet of open space and outdoor gathering areas. The townhomes will stand three stories in height and feature two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,650 to 1,740 square feet in size. Each home will include a two-car garage and a rooftop deck.
At the time the project was announced in mid-2022, the joint venture partners said that they expected to break ground on the project townhomes in early 2023, with the aim of launching sales by the second quarter.
Pricing has not been announced yet. The project site is located north of the Glendale Freeway.
