Four-Story Medical Office Complex Sprouting In Santa Ana

A new medical office complex from Providence St. Joseph Hospital is under construction at its site in Santa Ana. The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story structure offering space for medical office uses.

PMB is the project developer. Providence St. Joseph Hospital is the facility owner.

Named Helen Caloggero Women’s & Family Center, the medical office facility is on track to open in late 2023. The project will span an area of 137,000 square feet dedicated to be uses as medical office space. The new complex will offer spaces to include a birthing center, a mother and baby assessment center, maternal diabetes and wellness, maternal fetal testing, pelvic health and rehabilitation, perinatal education, OB/GYN clinical offices, certified midwives, imaging, conference and education facilities, physical therapy, oncology facilities, ophthalmology, orthopedics, a surgery center, urology, and a pharmacy.

The complex will also include a retail Stork Shop and a Blue Bowl Superfoods outlet. Underground parking will be provided on the premises. The project broke ground in October 2022 and is sprouting along the east side of Main Street between Palmyra Avenue and Stewart Drive, just north of the 22 Freeway in Santa Ana.
