A new multi-resident apartment complex has been proposed at 208 North Crescent Drive in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story apartment building offering multiple residential units and onsite parking. The project, if approved, will replace a single-family home from the 1920s on the site.

City records list GACAC LLC as the owner and applicant. Kevin Tsai Architecture is responsible for the designs. Beverly Hills-based Platinum Equity is the project developer.

Plans calls for the construction of a new four-story building offering 10 apartment units. The units will be designed as a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans. The building will also offer a parking garage with a capacity of 13 vehicles at the subterranean level. Requested approvals include density bonus incentives to permit a larger building than would normally be allowed by Beverly Hills zoning rules. In exchange, one of the new apartments would be set aside for rent as very low-income affordable housing.

Renderings reveal a contemporary design featuring stucco finish with large panel windows. Onsite amenities are inclusive of an amenity deck spanning its rooftop. An application has been an application set for review this week by the city’s Planning Commission. A construction timeline of 20 months after groundbreaking has been proposed. The project site is located outside of the Business Triangle.
