A new residential project has been proposed for development at 2620 South Monmouth Avenue in University Park. According to plans presented to the North University Park Design Review Board, the proposed project was submitted to the City of Los Angeles for review in April 2023.
Renderings feature an exterior composed in brick veneer, precast concrete, and stucco. Onsite amenities are inclusive of a gym on the ground floor. The estimated project construction timeline has not been announced yet. The project site is located a few blocks north of USC Village, just southwest of the intersection of Hoover Street and Adams Boulevard.
