A new residential project has been proposed for development at 2620 South Monmouth Avenue in University Park. The project proposal includes the construction of a new three-story apartment building offering 10 apartments. A single-story structure near the USC campus which was previously housed a daycare facility is up for redevelopment. Paras Bhakta is listed as the project applicant. Culver City-based Colega Architects is responsible for the designs.
