A new residential project has been proposed for development at 2512 South Centinela Avenue in Sawtelle, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of new five-story building featuring spaces for residential uses along with onsite parking. A single-family home from the 1940s on the site could be demolished for the apartments to rise.
City records list the project applicant as Stefan Dresevic of BSL Centinela, LLC. Aaron Brumer & Associates is responsible for the designs.

The project site is located just south of the I-10 Freeway. Plans call for the construction of a new five-story building featuring 14 one-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments above parking for 13 vehicles. Requested project entitlements include Transit Oriented Communities incentives to allow the construction of a larger building than would otherwise be permitted by zoning rules. In exchange, two of the proposed apartments as affordable housing at the extremely low-income level.
Renderings reveal a contemporary low-rise structure with balconies and both tuck-under and subterranean parking. The project site sits a short walk from the intersection of Centinela Avenue and Pico Boulevard. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
