The project site is a vacant parcel spanning an area of 8,897 square feet. The affordable housing complex is proposed to bring 53 units into a four-story building. The apartments will be designed as a mix of studios and one-bedroom floor plans. The apartments will be set aside for rent by moderate, low-income, and very low-income households. No parking has been proposed.

The project will be executed via Executive Directive 1. This makes the project eligible for incentives that allow for a larger building than normally allowed by zoning rules.
