A new mixed-use project is under construction at 939 West Manchester Boulevard, Inglewood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new eight-story building offering spaces for retail and residential uses. The project replaced a car wash on the site.
Texas-based JPI is the project developer. TCA Architects is responsible for the designs.
The project site is located toward the south of the K Line’s Westchester/Veterans Station.
Named Jefferson Inglewood, the scope of work includes the construction of a new eight-story building offering 222 apartments and 3,500 square feet of retail space. Along with residential and retail spaces, the mixed-use will also offer a three-level subterranean parking garage.
The proposed apartments are designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. All apartments will be available with stainless steel appliances and in-unit washer-dryer sets. Out of the total, 11 apartments are set aside for rent as affordable housing.
Onsite amenities include a pool, a clubroom, a fitness center, and a rooftop deck. The project is on track to be market-ready in early 2026.
