A new residential project continues to make progress at 1771 West Blake Avenue in Frogtown. The project proposal includes the construction of small lot houses.
Los Angeles-based Harridge Development Group is the project developer. William Hezmalhalch Architects is responsible for the designs.
Available project documents indicate that the project is part of a mixed-use project started in 2014. Construction work continues on this decade-old mixed-use project along the west bank of the river.
Approved plans bring 100 small lot homes on the east side of Blake Avenue, as well as 17 condominiums and commercial space on the west side.
Future residents will have a nice elaborate view of the Los Angeles River. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
