A new residential project has been proposed for development at 1661 Crescent Avenue in San Pedro. The project proposal includes the construction of 11 small lot houses.
Redondo 100, LLC is listed as the owner and applicant. R&D Architects is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a parcel spanning almost half an acre. The scope of work includes the construction of 11 single-family homes with 25 parking spaces on a vacant property lot. Plans also for 25 parking spaces, inclusive of three guest parking spots.
An application filed with the Planning Department in May 2023 indicated that one of the new homes would be set aside as affordable housing at an unspecified income level.
Renderings reveal that the residences will rise up to two stories in height. The project site is located northwest of the Cabrillo Way Marina. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
