The scope of work includes the construction of a new six-story building yielding a total built-up area of 83,100 square feet. The senior housing complex will offer 95 units of assisted living and memory care housing. Other proposed facilities include a lobby, dining areas, activity facilities, a theater, ground-level courtyards, and upper-floor terraces.

Renderings reveal a low-rise structure expressed in contemporary designs, with flat roofs, varied projecting and recessing volumes, and generally stacked punched openings.

The project site is a vacant lot located a short distance south of the 210 Freeway and the A Line’s Lake Station. A project application has been submitted, pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
