Senior Housing Proposed at 861 East Walnut Street in Pasadena
A new senior housing project has been proposed for development at 861 East Walnut Street in Pasadena. The project proposal includes the construction of a new six-story building offering housing for seniors in the area. The senior housing complex will be constructed at the former site of Conrad’s, a restaurant. Texas-based entity HSB Pasadena, LLC is the project applicant. VTBS Architects is responsible for the designs.
