A new residential project is under construction taking shape and form at 11630 South Main Street in Broadway-Manchester, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story building offering residential units and onsite parking.
SoLa Impact is the project developer. Envirotecture is responsible for the designs.
Named Triple Main, the project will bring 84 apartment units into a five-story building. The units are being designed as a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans. The property will also provide above ground parking for 42 vehicles.
The project was approved using Transit Oriented Communities incentives to permit a larger building with more residential density than allowed by zoning rules. In exchange, the developer has set aside 20 apartments as deed-restricted affordable housing at the low-income level.
Renderings reveal a modern podium-style building with a facade designed in stucco. On-site amenities include a central courtyard and a rooftop deck.
The project site sits north of the I-105 Freeway. The estimated market availability has bot been announced yet.
