A new mixed-use project is almost ready at 400 East Valley Boulevard in San Gabriel. The project proposal included the development of a six-story building offering spaces for commercial uses and housing for seniors.
Unity Prosper is the project developer. KTGY is responsible for the designs.

The project was previously pitched to be developed as a residential community offering condominiums. The project will now be completed as a mixed-use building offering spaces for senior housing and commercial space. The six-story mixed-use will bring 127 units, ranging from 650 to 1,360 square feet in size. The units will be designed as mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans. Commercial space spanning an area of 75,000 square feet will also be developed on the ground floor. Parking will be provided in the basement for 483 vehicles.

The project is anticipated to celebrate inauguration in Fall 2024.
