2022 came with an announcement that the project site will house a mixed-use development offering spaces for office and production spaces, reshaping the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Highland Avenue in Hollywood. Previous plans proposed two attached, mid-rise buildings featuring more than 400,000 square feet of offices.

Updated plans have announced for plans to redevelop the project site with residential high-rise towers. New plans now reveal 34-story and 38-story buildings featuring a total 743 dwelling units above a five-level, 834-car podium garage. The towers will rise up to 481 and 438 feet, above a podium top amenity deck. If completed, the project will feature the tallest structure in Hollywood.

About 10,500 square feet of retail and restaurant space will also be brought to Sunset and Highland Avenues. Additionally, new plans will also feature a receding studio spanning area of 10,000 square feet at the northwest corner of the project site along Selma Avenue.

A project application has been submitted, awaiting review and approval from the City of Los Angeles. St. John acquired the site for $9.1 million in 2021, spent $44 million to purchase three adjoining parcels to form the C-shaped development site.
