The project proposal includes the addition of 34-story residential tower to Bank of America Plaza, an existing office tower. The project site is currently developed with an office tower, subterranean parking structure, and landscaped plaza. LARGE Architecture is responsible for the designs. RELM is responsible for landscape architecture.

Australian real estate and investment firms Lendlease and Aware Super are developing the project. Documents show Lendlease purchased the project site for approximately $90 million six months ago. New York-based firm The SHoP Architects is responsible for the design concept and construction.
