A new hotel from Fairmont is all set to make its debut in November at its project site located at 210 East Ocean Boulevard in Long Beach. The project proposal includes the development of a new 14-story building utilized as a new hotel.
Long Beach-based investment firm Pacific6 is the project developer. Walken and Eisen is responsible for the designs.
Named Fairmont Breakers, the hotel is ready to make its debut on November 7. The 1920s landmark has undergone a nine-figure renovation. The 14-story building was once used a senior home. Now, the hotel will contain 185 guest rooms, 22 suites, and various food-and-beverage venues.
Guests at the hotel will be able to enjoy a two-story spa, which is also to be available to visitors via reservation. Other amenities include a live jazz club, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool deck.
The project received a $122.2-million loan which was approved in February 2024.
